Specialists in crash data & module repair
How it works
Sending your airbag module to us is simpler than it sounds. Here is the whole process, in plain English.
1. Find your module
Look for the sticker on the airbag ECU itself. That is the part number we need. You can pick your brand and model on the site, or type the number straight into search.
If the print is worn, or you are not sure which line is the right one, that is fine. Take a clear photo of the label and send it over. We will tell you what matches and what it costs before you post anything.
2. Order and pack it up
Once you have the right part, order it online. You can pay by card, bank transfer, or call us if you would rather sort payment over the phone.
Then pack just the module. Keep any brackets or fittings unless we ask for them. Write your order number inside the parcel, use strong packaging, and send it our way. Insured postage is worth it if you want extra cover on the way to us.
3. We reset it and send it back
When your module arrives, we clear the crash data, test the unit, and pack it for return. Most units that land with us on a weekday morning go back out the same day.
When it arrives home, plug it back in. That is it. No dealer wait, no new module, no guessing what happens next.
What to put in the parcel
- The airbag module / ECU only
- Your order number written inside
- A clear photo of the label kept on your phone for reference
- Strong packaging (and insured outbound postage if you want it)
Not sure about any of this?
Honestly, a lot of people are. You do not need to know every part number or how to remove the module yourself. If you get stuck at any point, call us on 0161 303 8510 or WhatsApp and we will walk you through it. A photo of the label is usually enough for us to get you pointed in the right direction.
