We set your trade rates and portal access. You place jobs through your account instead of hunting public checkout prices every time.
3. Send and track
Remove the module, pack it with your order reference, and post it to Manchester. For most modules, if we receive it in the morning, we complete the crash data reset and send it back the same day.

When the reset is done, we send your module back the way you choose at checkout. Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48, or free workshop collect if you are picking it up in Manchester. That return leg is separate from the reset price.

What is the trade portal?
Once your account is approved, you get access to a trade portal so you can place and track module resets without ringing every time. We set login details up after we confirm your business details.
How do I apply for a trade account?
Call 0161 303 8510, WhatsApp the trade desk, or email hello@airbagresetuk.co.uk with your garage name, VAT number if you have one, and roughly how many modules you send each month. We will confirm rates and portal access.
Is turnaround the same for trade?
For most modules, if we receive it in the morning, we complete the crash data reset and send it back the same day.
Can we invoice monthly?
Talk to us when you apply. Regular trade accounts can arrange invoicing that fits how your workshop works, instead of paying card on every single parcel.
