The service

We clear crash data from airbag modules / ECUs and return them ready to fit where the unit is suitable for reset. We do not sell new modules or clusters. Prices shown are all-in for the reset service itself. At checkout you choose return shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48, or drop-off and collect at our Manchester workshop. Outbound postage to send the module to us is arranged by you separately.

Ordering

You are responsible for sending the correct module and for matching the part number on the ECU label. If you are unsure, call 0161 303 8510 or WhatsApp a clear photo of the label before you post.

Orders can be placed online through this website, or by phone / WhatsApp where we agree that with you in advance.

Order processing

Modules must arrive with a valid order reference from checkout (or a job reference we have given you) and with payment already completed, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing beforehand.

If a module arrives without an order reference and/or without pre-payment, we may charge a £7 order processing fee. That covers the time to identify the parcel, raise or match an order, and take payment before work starts.

Modules left with us for longer than 60 days from order placement without payment completed, or without collection where collection was agreed, may be treated as abandoned and disposed of. We are not liable for loss arising from that disposal or from being unable to use the module afterwards.

Your module

Pack the module securely and include your order reference and contact details inside the parcel. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit to us unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Choose an insured outbound service if you want extra cover on the way to us.

Turnaround

Same-day reset and dispatch is offered for modules that arrive with us by a weekday morning, with a valid prepaid order reference, and that are suitable for reset. We use reasonable efforts to meet that turnaround, but it is not guaranteed and depends on capacity, courier timing, and the condition of the unit.

We accept no liability for delay caused by late delivery to us, missing paperwork, non-payment, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot reset it

Tell us before you post if you are unsure. If we inspect a unit and cannot complete the reset, we will say so plainly and talk through the next step, including any return of the module.

Price match

We will match a genuine like-for-like quote for the same reset service. We do not match quotes for new modules, clusters, or different work.

Website use

Content on this site is for general information. Part listings and prices can change. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape it in a way that harms the service.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability for a reset order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
