Returns & refunds
Straight answers on what happens if a reset cannot be completed, or you need to talk about a return.

Before you post
If you are unsure about the part number or whether the unit can be reset, contact us first. A clear photo of the label is usually enough for us to confirm.
If we cannot reset your module
If we inspect the module and cannot complete the reset, we will tell you straight away. We will agree how to return the unit to you. Depending on the reason, the reset fee may be refunded or reduced. Outbound postage you paid to send the module to us is usually not refundable.
Change of mind
Because this is a service on goods you supply, change-of-mind refunds are limited once work has started. If you have ordered but not yet posted the module, contact us and we will cancel where we can.
Damaged on arrival to us
Pack the module well. If it arrives damaged, we will contact you with photos before doing any work. Insured outbound postage is recommended if you want extra cover on the way to us.
Problems after refit
If the airbag light stays on after a completed reset, contact us with the order details and what your diagnostic tool shows. We will help work out whether it is a fitment issue, another fault on the vehicle, or something we need to look at again.
